Submit a request on the website:
- Select the size and color of the desired model in the product card.
- Click the "Reserve" button.
- Enter your name, contact details, and click "place order".
- An operator will contact you to confirm the order details.

You have the right to return a fur coat within 7 days of purchase if you did not like it or it did not fit in terms of size, style or color.
A return is only possible if the item has not been used and its original appearance, factory labels and receipt have been preserved.
All returns are processed only upon a written application for the return of goods and funds.
A full refund will be made, excluding the delivery cost.
Please package the returned item in a way that prevents damage during transportation.
